5yrs

We have been married 5 yrs!!  Crazy!! Time has gone by so fast.  We enjoyed a nice dinner at Hattie's by our house while my sister and her boys came to babysit the little man.

Love you Matty...can't wait to spend many more years to come! You are a great husband and father!! I love you!!

Walkway

Isn't this a cool walkway?

Can you believe he is ONE today?

• He is finally crawling on all fours..but still thinks its faster to army crawl
• He can take the safety plugs out of the walls...who invented these things?
• He will only walk around the house if he is holding on to something...he is too big of a chicken to let go!
• His favorite food is watermelon...and his milk to drink
• He still doesn't like to change his diaper...but enjoys putting the used ones in the diaper genie
• He likes to be outside and wants on the ground to crawl around...getting very dirty!!
• He likes to climb on everything!
• His favorite toy is my hairbrush..kind of weird ;)
• He enjoys taking a bath..swims on his stomach and flips around
• He likes to put food on his cup during feeding times and thinks it is hilarious
• He tries to feed Winston his toys
• He likes to get in the bathroom and unroll the toilet paper and open the toilet seat (we need to buy those safety things for the toilet..hopefully he won't figure that one out)
• When he knows he is not supposed to do something he shakes his head side to side then looks back then proceeds to do it...ornery!!

PAR--TAY

 We had Pearse's first B-day party this past Saturday.  It was suppose to be at a park nearby but it was raining so we had it at our house last minute :)    Pearse is testing out his handmade party hat!

 Made cupcakes and he had one candle with the letter "P"...he didn't even try the cupcake..all he did was stick his hands in the icing and then cry!

He finally got over his crying spell and enjoyed his new toys!

Finger food

 We had a clown come visit...oh wait that is just Matt :)

Cut circles out of felt and fed them through the sewing machine...made a fast and easy garland.

 This is his shirt he wore..I dyed a white shirt and Matt screen printed a ONE down the side.

 He loves all his new books..oh and also enjoys climbing on the coffee table !

        Thank you everyone for coming to his party!! He had a great time and is enjoying all his new gifts!!

Big Boy + Pumpkin Patch= Cute Pictures

We drove to Grapevine to meet some friends at a pumpkin patch.  It took us an hour and 45 minutes  because of traffic and Pearse was having a melt down! He finally got over it and had a good time at the farm and Matt took some good pictures of the man...can u believe he is almost one!!!

Crafting for Abigail

Our neighbors had a little girl on October the 8th..unfortunatelly she has to be in the NICU for now and hopefully go home next week!! She can only wear tops at this time and it can't be white because the hospital may throw it in with their laundry...so I died some tops and added a cute flower. Oh..Miss Abi we are praying for you and your mom and dad, can't wait to see you soon!

Staycation

This past week Matt took off of work and we had a staycation.  We had a good time taking Pearse to the aquarium and zoo (will post pics of the zoo soon).  ....and one more thing Pearse got a buz!

11 months

• He is pulling up on everything and cruising around...but is afraid to let go
• Has 6 teeth total
• He is enjoying feeding himself and enjoys pickles
• He can point to his head, ear, and scrunch is nose when asked to
• He enjoys clearing everything off any shelf in the house
• He likes to push a basket around the house
• We had to lower his bed to the lowest it will go...he tries to get out!!
• We are working on weaning him from breastfeeding
• He is a flirt...and likes to show off his dimples
• He likes to give open mouth kisses...even to Winston!!

Zoo

Pearse and I ventured out to the Dallas zoo today..we had a little picnic and he really enjoyed the penguins. (Sorry these pics aren't great they are from my phone)

We told you he is into EVERYTHING!!
